COST/LEARNING METHODS
COST:
- On-Demand Self-Paced or Instructor-Supported Course Cost Per Student: $1,500
LEARNING METHODS:
- On-Demand, Instructor-Supported: This is a 2-week course (3.5 course hours per week), work at your own pace and on your schedule as course content is released over the 2-week class. Instructor moderated forum and Q & A. Printed instructional materials are mailed within 2-weeks of the class start date.
- On-Demand, Self-Paced: This is a self-paced course (7 course hours); start once you receive printed course materials and work at your own pace when it's convenient. Printed course materials are mailed within 1-week of registration.

Instructor-Supported: Once the course session starts, course content will be released each week for the 2-week duration of the course. Work at your own pace through the content within the 2-weeks. You will have access to all previously released content until the course ends. You will interact with the instructor through a moderated forum and Q&A. The course concludes with a 1-hour live call with one of the instructors.
Self-Paced: You have three months of access to the course. After enrolling, you can progress through the course at your own pace, within the allotted access period. Upon completion of the course, you will have the opportunity to join a 30-minute live call with one of the instructors.
Instructor-Supported: Please refer to the session start dates.
Self-Paced: Your course begins immediately after you enroll and have received printed course materials.
Instructor-Supported: You are encouraged to complete each module within the week of its release. You will have access to all content from the time it’s released until the course ends. The interactive discussion area closes at the end of the 2-week course.
Self-Paced: There is no time limit to complete course content, other than completing all content within the allotted access period.

- Participants viewing while inside SCIFs or SAPFs often report issues with viewing the class. Please participate while not inside a SCIF or SAPF.
Instructor-Supported: Students enrolled in the 2-week instructor-supported class may request a one-time, 1-week extension for each course. No extensions can be provided beyond the one week.
Self-Paced: Because this course is self-paced, no extensions will be granted after the start of your enrollment.
RETURN POLICY
We understand that situations can change. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded (to original form of payment), or issued credit for a future course. Full refunds are available for cancellations up to three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled on-demand instructor-supported course, with the return of unused, in good condition, course materials. Return shipping is at purchaser’s expense. Cancellations within three (3) weeks of the scheduled on-demand instructor-supported course date will receive a credit to take the course at a later date, within twelve (12) months. Returns are not offered for digital content, on-demand self-paced content, webinars, online certifications, and memberships.
