Upon onboarding, we have new team members take multiple personality tests, and we use the uniqueness of who people are to raise the EQ factor of our teams. We also do specific team exercises to make sure people know how to work within that diversity.

VVSD is an incredible organization that takes a holistic approach to serving 3,000 of America’s veterans every year in overcoming homelessness and related challenges.
